The Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR) held a roundtable entitled "Social Projects: Enhancement of Management Patterns". Participants of the event exchanged opinions on development of patterns of educational and healthcare management, and focused on the preliminary results of the relevant programs.
In his opening speech INSOR Management Chairman Igor Yurgens noted that the social sector could serve as the key ground for the country's integral modernization, and that a lack of activity in this sector could significantly affect our modernization prospects. After that Deputy Minister of Education and Science Vladimir Miklushevsky, who briefed the audience on the activities in the field pursued by the Ministry.
Among other speakers were Board Member of the Institute of Contemporary Development Evgeny Gontmakher, Assistant to Head of Presidential Administration Maksut Shadaev, Head of the Department for Social and Programs of the Institute of Contemporary Development Marina Solinova, Director of the Federal Institute for Education Development Alexander Asmolov, Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Fyodor Prokopov etc.
Following the discussion INSOR is planning to publish a compilation of speeches and reports. The publications in question will make up a series entitled “The Library of the Institute of Contemporary Development”.
